Dream Beam Parties – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dream Beam Parties! By booking, attending, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to ensure every experience is safe, joyful, and truly magical.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or booking form).
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Full payment is due no later than the event date.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Dream Beam Parties reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund, inclusive of deposit.


4. Event Conduct

• Dream Beam entertainers will provide a safe, inclusive, and magical environment.
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times.
• We kindly ask that guests treat performers and staff with respect.
• Dream Beam Parties reserves the right to remove individuals who disrupt or endanger the event.


5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements in advance.
• Dream Beam Parties is not liable for accidents or injuries unless caused by our negligence.
• Our entertainers follow safety guidelines and use age-appropriate props and activities.


6. Photography & Media

• Dream Beam Parties may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to have your child featured, please notify us in writing before the event.
• Guests are welcome to take personal photos, provided they respect the privacy of others.


7. Liability

• Dream Beam Parties is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during events.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.


8. Intellectual Property

• All branding, characters, scripts, and creative content are the property of Dream Beam Parties.
• Guests may not reproduce, copy, or use Dream Beam materials without permission.


9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
